Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days unless they are stated as a pre order. Pre order dates are always approximate and can be subject to delays. 

U.K. orders which are sent via 'standard' delivery will be posted Royal Mail 1st class and should reach you within 1-2 working days. 

Express Worldwide shipping is available for International orders, this is a faster tracked service via DHL and is advised to take 3-10 working days.  

Standard international delivery will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (where available) but can take up to 30 days to arrive. 

Buyer is responsible for any import duties/taxes/custom charges, please check these as they can vary from country to country.

Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process.

Please note, if you live in the UAE and do not have a PO Box, you must select 'Express Worldwide' shipping as the standard option is not available. 

We are a U.K. based company and due to Brexit when ordering within the EU there may be increased import charges - please look into this as the buyer will be responsible for these payments.
